Stress Busters
This 8 hour course held over 2 days sets out to reduce stress and give you a wide range of self help skills that allow you to take charge of your Stressful life and enjoy your work, home and relationships more.
In the course you will experience and use, Aromatherapy Foot Soaks, Foot massages, Head, Shoulder and Neck massages, Polarity Balances, Deep Guided Relaxation, Alpha Inducing Music.
Also presented are Emotional Freedom Technique, Brain Gym and Cognitive Refocus.
A general presentation on Stress , stressors and how to reduce these are also included.
You work with Colleagues and or Friends sharing massages. Learn about Positive Internal Voices.
The course is very popular with some attending more than one session.
The skills you learn are usable for yourself, Familiy, friends or with Colleagues at work.
This 8 hour course can be presented for small groups of friends or work colleagues.
Minimum participants 8 Maximum 20 at a per person cost of $90 pp

Introducion to Emotional Freedom Technique
This 3 hour course introduces EFT the dynamic modality for all Emotional issues, Low Self Esteem and Underperformance.
Introduction to Dyslexia
This 3 hour course introduces you to the range of problems covered by the term Dyslexia and offers some ways to reduce the problem using Brain Gym and Cognitive Refocus.
The Trouble with Boys
This 4 hour course looks at boys in their learning years, noting problems they have in the school setting and some ways to boost their participation.
Parents as Academic Power Coaches.
This 3 to 4 hour course looks at ways you the parent can support your school and boost the learning experience and success of your child.
All the above 4 courses are offered for $30 pp for each course. They can be held in your home, School local venues or at my consulting rooms. Min 8 participants.
